We design and deliver solar generation, battery storage and backup power solutions for commercial, industrial and residential sites in South Africa. Project scope, timelines and fees are set out in individual quotations and agreements.

2. Acceptance

By using this website or contracting our services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

3. Quotations and payment

Quotations are valid for the period stated. Payment schedules follow your signed agreement. Late payments may attract interest as specified in that agreement. Fees are non-refundable unless agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual property

Designs, assessments and materials we create remain our intellectual property until paid for as agreed, after which ownership transfers only as stated in your contract.

5. Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate site information, access and timely decisions. Client delays may change timelines or costs.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a project will not exceed fees paid for that project.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with written notice. You remain responsible for work completed to the termination date.

8. Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
